this is marcos, my landlord in boipeba. he was one of the coolest persons i met in brasil. marcos is sort of a hippie, a free soul, a musician, a painter, a jack of all trades, a lover of the good life, a really good looking and intelligent guy who decided one day to leave the big cities behind and found himself in paradise and decided then never to leave. he bought his simple cabin which sits right at the edge of the ocean, and transformed it into a simple and pleasant B&B which he rents out for a very reasonable sum, and built himself a wooden tree house :-). kid you not. he fed me beer every day, at no charge, just for the company and the conversation.
